A Small Dilemma

Here's the dilemma: My neighbor was having a driveway built. All of a sudden there was a big truck and trailer parked in front of my house - not hers. Not only that, they unloaded a big piece of machinery in my flower bed. They did not damage my flowers though. What would you have done?
